Well I just completed my first trip on FS. It was better than I expected. It was a 4day trip (I'm a Flight Attendant) I packed plenty of apples and necterines and I had food for 2days. I tt another FA and she told me how she packs her food for 4days the plane food is toxic when it comes to weight gain/loss. I took my laptop and got my workout in with Shaun T. Things are gud. I gotta get to a scale so I can see my progress maybe I'll buy one, haven't owned one in years. Thanks for your support.

You have more will power than me girl, no scale!!! good for you..The scale use to own me - I've been trying very hard not to let that mean little machine over power my life again.

Good for you! You are doing great, keep it up! I would suggest you skip the scale, it just depresses you! LOL! You will do just fine I am sure of it! Have a wonderful weekend!
