I went walking last night, and it was great. I didn't realize that my neighborhood was so hilly. My legs are a little sore this morning, which is a great feeling that I haven't felt in a while. I have also started doing the You on a Diet workout routines which fit perfectly into my schedule, it's short and works the core as well as other body parts. I did it on Monday and I can feel it in my abs and obliques and arms. I have to stick with this.
Also I need to find my tape measure so that I can take my measurements. I'm more concerned about my waist hip ratio than the weight (although I am watching that too).
