I had lost abut ten pounds before I could get up the courage to step on the scale and type 331 on this app. I love this app! It keeps me honest and accountable for every drop I put in my mouth. I have felt so bad about eating and being overweight for so long that I am always surprised how good I am doing when I log my calories. Sometimes it’s closer to the end of the day and fear sets in and then I am like..damn I got this!!👙🧜🏽♀️ it feels awesome to be under 300 and my next goal under 200 and then my goal weight💞👙🥂
