Happy Valentine's Day! I don't really celebrate Valentine's, but hope those who do have a great day!! My hubby asked if I wanted to go out to eat tonight and I told him no, I think he was disappointed, but for one it will be super busy, for another I don't need all the calories, and also we're trying to save money so eating out won't help that. I am hoping to get off early enough to get home and do a workout. I didn't get to eat my whole lunch yesterday because of a meeting that went about 1 1/2 hours longer than I thought, so I was starving when I got home and didn't think I could make it through a workout. I know if I can get myself into a good routine, I can make the workouts stick. I need to work on my at home eating too. I eat okay during the day, but get home and eat too much at dinner and too many snacks. I think I'm stress eating and I need to find something productive to do instead. I've just got to keep going!
