did not exercise much earlier today (wednesday) but ate fairly healthy. hung with a guy after work but didn't get physical or anything :( lol
made my breakfast and lunch ahead of time for thursday because I am working in the AM rather than the PM, which I am used to doing. salad with my favorite, garbanzo beans and caesar. sandwich with spicy turkey and mustard. both with my other favorite, fresh hot salsa<3
hanging with a friend after work so hopefully we'll get some exercise and eat well :)
totally recorded my intake from yesterday as today's date...
everything i ate on 13 february is recorded as 14 february and everything i eat today i'll record under the 13 of february.
