I started this calorie counting diet fifteen days age. I have lost seven pounds so far. The thing that confuses me is the first five pounds came off in the first five days and it has took me ten days to lose another two. I turned 40 this year and I have to take hormone replacement, I think that might be some factors in slowing weight loss down. I'm gonna keep this up, NO MATTER WHAT :)

You definitely can do it! When you hit your plateau (we all hit it at some point), don't be discourage if the weight isn't melting off like it did during the beginning, keep up with it!
