Cholesterol check: 249
That was my wake up call. So New Year's resolution was to bring that number down and also lose weight/gain mean muscle!
Beginning of the year I weighed 194...today (2/12) I am 175.5 lbs. I hope to lose another 10 lbs then increase muscle mass.
I have been using myfitnesspal.com to do calorie counting and here and there monitor exercise.
I look forward to seeing what fatsecret.com has to offer! Actually I'm not even sure how I landed on this page but I am intrigued!
