Today I have already done my 'dance it off' and my legs are really aching. I did find it a bit easier today though which isn't bad for only my 3rd day.

I was disappointed to get on the scales this morning. I felt thinner but I'd somehow put 2lbs on..... It could be the old muscle replacing fat theory but it doesn't do you any good to see those scales going the other way does it? I'll stick at it and hopefully see a nice drop very soon.

I've been sticking to my two bowls of cereal diet today - so far so good and dh has a meeting after school so I'm sorting me and the little one out. I generally find I don't bother with a big meal when it's just the two of us so I'll probably just have a salad.

Meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow in a place I've not been to before so not sure what to expect...... I'm guessing they'll have a soup or a jacket potato though.... I'll have to play it ear but I plan to be good :0)

Congrats on keeping with the workout for 3 days. The scales can be less than supportive at times but I know you won't let that get to you. Good to hear you are handling your cereal diet well. A change is good when you get tired of the same old, same old. Good luck with the lunch out with your friend. I'm sure you'll find something suitable to eat. Planning to be good is half the battle :)

You ignore those scales as all that wonderful exercise will be burning you loads of calories and toning those muscles. Just keep drinking loads of water, as more than likely those muscles could be hanging onto water. I know when I first started doing more exercise, I used to be put off by the scales hiking up... perhaps check too though how many activity points you are gaining for exercise, as I found I actually had to increase my calories - so do make sure you eat enough. Glad to hear that you're sticking to your cereal diet and hope that you have a lovely lunch with your friend tomorrow! :o) You just keep up the great work though as those scales WILL catch up. ;o)
