day 2 I am a florist so today and tomorrow I can't exercise because of work commitments. But, will be doing at least 2 and a half hours of exercising at home. I do the Lesley Sansome walk at home videos, I'm not sure how to record this, but I will call it brisk walking. how do I change an exercise entry? will try and eat sensibly and not let the stress of the next two days get to me
