So just entering week 3/12 of my challenge. normaally i would weigh in today but due to womens trouble i will not be stepping on it for fear of discouragement. i had a sandwhich, and i know that doesnt seem like it is bad, but they are massive and had mayo on there, but only ate half at lunch and half at dinner. so i at least practiced portion control.
my goals for the long weekend are to:
- go to bootcamp today & friday
- yoga thursday
- Not pig out at the lake
- avoid empty awful calories like beer and chips!
- Go for a run or swim across the lake(its really not that far)maybe i should tie a balloon to my wrist so i dont get smoked by a boat. haha
- 3L of water everyday
