I can do this. I must do this. losing 5 lbs this week
242.2 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do this, just stay on course and be patient, 5 pounds in one week may be a bit too ambitious. Be careful not to set yourself up for failure. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint, and, if you're lucky, you'll learn healthy eating habits along the way that will help you maintain your weight loss. Good luck on your journey.
