Motivated's Journal, 26 September 2007

Day 23, 141.6, 37.3, tbw 43.2%, visc f 8/0, musc mass 84.2/2, bone mass 4.6lb, 2016/50, tr ketones. No exersize--body really needed rest and my alarm didn't go off (it never doesn't go off!)

Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch chicken ceasar salad, iced tea, dinner ham 'sandwich' with dill pickles, blue cheese dressing, cheddar cheese, between slices of smoked ham. Sugar free jello w whipped cream.

A wee bit of a plateau. Interesting.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

looks like you are doing well and sooooo organized, lol. i do good to know how long I stayed on the treadmill, lol ... I don't know what day I'm on or any kind of body mass or ketones or anything, lol. Sounds confusing to me, lol

You are still doing great. I wouldn't change a thing. My weigh loss has stalled also. I am freaking out!
