tonight's stationary bike ride was 49 minutes, 10 miles, burning 301 calories. I did 15 minutes at level 4 resistance and the rest at level 5. I was also able to do level 5 in 15 minutes increments, whereas in the past few days when I first started level 5, I would stop to rest for s few seconds every five minutes, so that is an improvement.
