I'm sorry i did not get a chance to journal yesterday. I was in the ER with my 7 year old from 10:30p til 3 am. However, i did have a great day of health. 3 plus miles on the treadmill with an incline of 1700 feet. 1 hr of weights and 25 minute walk with the dog. I had just started my wii workout when i had to leave for the hospital. maintained my diet well.
