*Sigh*
Well, I started regular BC last week since I finally stopped nursing my daughter, and I'm hoping that is the reason for my weight gain. Pretty depressing though... I'm now back to where I started two months ago, even thought I've been a good girl and staying within my RDI! I leave Saturday for vacation. I think I'm just going to say, "screw it!" and not worry about getting the weight back off until I return from vacation... Yes, I believe that's what I'll be doing. I just want to enjoy my vacation and not think (for once) about how I can't eat something b/c it'll make me fatter... Yes, I'm going to just relax until I return. Soon as vacation is over, I'll jump back on the wagon and work my ass off (hopefully literally!).
Please don't think I'm going to start eating everything in sight. I'm just not going to count every calorie. I'll be careful to keep my portions reasonable and drink plenty of water. And long walks down the beach will be excellent exercise. So hopefully I'll maintain pretty well. Hopefully!
So... See you all the 2nd week of August! Keep fighting the good fight!
