No workout today due to shoulder issue. Worked in yard and did elliptical today. Weight moving wrong way a little. Made smoked salmon for dinner.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
