Totally screwed my diet up today. Had a going away party at work, but at least I resisted the cookies. Driving home had no heat in my car, was freezing and not thinking and ate a whole bag of Crazy Bread before I warmed up and realized I shouldn't have. I suppose any diet is going to have ups and downs, so I will just move on from this mistake and be more vigilant and aware in the coming days!
