Morning weight 225.4. Aggravated torn rotator cuff in shoulder no workout today other than walking and elliptical legs only. Did 6 miles on elliptical in 30 minutes said I was going between 12-13 mph. Hopefully I can get shoulder to loosen up and hit the weights again in a few days. Still -1000 calories per day.
