I'm struggling to find a balance. So much so that this is the first time I've been on here in weeks. I recently returned to work, I'm caring for a new baby and trying to keep my home in order and I'm still breast feeding. Idk what to do in terms of managing my calorie/macro intake while maintaining a healthy supply to feed my baby. Finding time to exercise is also difficult because she's in day care while I'm at work and when I'm home, I just want to spend time with her and prepare for the next day. I look at my stomach and I'm disgusted but I haven't been able to muster up enough motivation to put my sneaks on and work out.
