I feel like today it's been impossible for me to feel satisfied with all I've eaten. I'm always hungry & my cravings are driving me insane! I hope tomorrow is better. For now, I'm just trying to make sure that I'm not leaving home to find better food & keeping tabs on my calories as well.

I know what you mean ! Yesterday I was out working and drove past what seemed like a million Starbucks ..which is just one of my many cravings . I had to stop and remind myself that if I slipped I would be angry with myself in the long run . Later on , when I was home I rewarded myself with a low fat ice cream treat . It helped but still miss my doubly chocolate chip fraps . Lol . I pray for strength to not slip every day ..but its deffinetly a one day at a time goal for me. Hope you have a great day and keep the faith in yourself cause you CAN do it! :)
