Still fighting to get the extra pounds off from surgery and being immobile. I can't even exercise yet but am in physical therapy and doing very well. It will be 20 more sessions (10 wks) but as they progress I should get cleared for more exercise little by little.

Still aiming for 220, just a minor setback of 11lbs gained. No worries, I know how to take it off.

FYI broken ribs and clavicle (hence the surgery) are not good for dieting or exercise lol

I am doing great, the healing is going fairly fast and physical therapy is a welcome thing at this point. I mean nobody loves physical therapy but after a month of being in a sling and being pretty useless because ribs hurt to bad to breath even... Yes I am happy to be moving and going! Thanks for asking
