So far, so good today :)
Egg McMuffin for 7 pts
6" ham sub from Subway - no mayo or cheese 5 pts
Was starving when I got home at 5:30. We went to Golden Corral and I know I made good choices. Their baked fish, greens, sweet potato, large salad with lots of veggies and a few croutons. About 1 tablespoon of full fat ranch dressing and about 2 tablespoons of fat free ranch. It was delicious. The meal turned out to be 13 points without the salad because I was to lazy to figure all the ingredients but I figure it couldn't have been more than 5 points. So 18 for dinner, making a total of 30 pts for the day.
