Very disappointed to find I had put on 5lbs when I got weighed this lunchtime, despite having been 90% good. Could well be because, having lost 8lbs last week through tummy bug, I have regained a fair amount of fluid this week so perhaps it is not as bad as I originally thought.
Plan is to follow diet really strictly next week (as per this week) and see what the result is when I get weighed next Saturday. It had better be good or else.......!
