I agree with mcarthy also. If it is in the house I will eat it. So you need to do an overhaul, get rid of all the unhealhy foods. Then stock up on the healthy ones. If you only have healthy snacks to choose from, then you will be able to stick with it and before you know it you will stop craving all the crappy stuff. It's true, I have quit soda and I know how hard it is! I know you can do it too!
