Going on a two week challenge with my daughter. I’d like to shed ten pounds before returning to St. Jude in early September. I’ve focused on maintaining lately and go up and down the same 5 pounds. I still have about thirty pounds of fat to lose to be in a healthy range. I’m accepting my body won’t ever look normal or even decent again since I was so fat for so long and I’m 45. I’m still proud of myself and the weight I’ve lost on the past year and the lifestyle changes I have made that has effected my entire family. There is so UCB I can do now that I could not before and I didn’t even realize it! I feel sad about the years of energy lost when my kids were younger and the fact that I allowed my weight to limit what we did as a family or what I did as a person. So many events missed with nothing to wear...Being tired all of the time...revolving everything around food. Life is clearer now and I pray I never forget how good today is.
168.9 lb Lost so far: 109.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
