Tired, but did most of The 30 Day Shred.
I was doing good with my clean eating start yesterday...up until last night. Had a shake, spring mix salad with three chicken pieces, and some fresh berries.....but then I snacked on some garlic & parmesan pita chips with homemade hummus. Grrrr I woke up feeling mad at myself---especially when I looked down at my pooch. :( Not pleased.
