Today is my twin’s 35th birthday I ate dinner properly and staying on my diet I was not going to eat a piece of cake but I did but it only was a single layer store but 2 x 2” in size of my piece🎂 so over all i was only 170 calories over but on my carbs i was over by 30, o’well 🤭✌️
