I really want to go to the WW meeting tomorrow. I don't know why I resist it so, and I think it might help keep me motivated. So, I am going to get up, play with Sadie, then go to the meeting and then the gym for my walk. That's the plan - now it's recorded and if I don't go, I have to admit it!

Are you doing the WW diet? I have been thinking about going back to that, but doing the online version. I am not doing to great on my own. How do you make it through the day. I noticed your breakfast. I think I would pass out. I wish I could get my RDI lower.

I was on a crazy 500 calorie diet for about 3 weeks from June 16 yo July 7. The cheese and apple seem like a lot next to just strawberries for breakfast. I think I reset my stomach for a bit, but I also think that it's a mindgame. You need to eat the right foods to keep the calories down. I am not really doing WW, but I like the leader at my local meeting and I have been paying for it. I hate counting points - seems complicated to me. I love counting the calories on this website, though. The trugh is that if you eat protein and complex carbs only - no flour and no sugar - you will not be as hungry. Eating simple carbs - pastas, breads, bagels, etc. uses up too many calories and doesn't fill you up. If you are just learning this, the WW points system will help you very much because it teaches you about the role of fiber in filling you up. BUT, do not believe the bs that you can eat anything you want on WW. It's not true. You can only eat whatever you want if you want to be hungry for the rest of the day, sort of like you felt with the maple doughnuts. We are kinda in the same place weight wise and such. I am also a teacher, so i get that stress too. I will friend you and maybe we can be helpful to each other. Thanks for your comment!
