Finally....I did it!!! Sally was good to me this morning. I stepped on her and she gave me the number that has been hiding from me for so long. I have reached the 10 lb mark!!!!
I started Atkins 10 weeks ago. It took 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds and I feel so triumphant! It's even better because I wasn't expecting it. I planned a cheat day last week so my expectations were to see a gain. What a great morning!
