I spiked upwards a little bit over Memorial Day but got back with the salads, lean cuisines and water. Have been working outside a bit more so that probably helps a little. Forgot to mention that a few months ago I switched from Bud Light to Miller Genuine Draft 64. I guess that beer and weight loss/maintenance don't seem to go together, but I was drinking Bud Light pretty much all the way through my weight loss. Just counted them as 2.5 Weight Watchers points each. The New Miller at just 64 calories is about 42% less than the Bud Light which has 110. I'm not trying to be a beer commercial and who knows if anyone but me reads this stuff anyway. This is just a reminder to myself that I can still have some fun and be social without doing too much damage to my daily point total.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
