I have not recorded anything in the last 4 days. unfortunately I experienced an emotional roller coaster. Friday was horrible an absolute nightmare. the tornado warning triggered so many things. Saturday I decided to drink more than my typical one small can of beer. I only crave beer when it is extremely hot out. but... it's a new week and time to start back at the recording. will be seeing later how much cruel the scale will be to me. hope everyone has a safe and successful Monday 😊
