Ack...totally blew it yesterday. Ate with gusto and meant to. Just ate whatever I felt like to get it out of my system and begin again anew today. I did get up and go for a thirty minute walk this morning, which is new. I havent been willing to do any excersize so far so that is progress for me. I know I am not going to get results fast enough to keep me motivated on just managing my food alone. I need to get a grip on this night time munchies. I know it's from the not smoking. Going to stock up on sugar free gum. Hope everyone has a great fat-free weekend!!
