No more period bloat + yoga + a 20:4 ish fast. I think this is the third month doing yoga and I had one of those moments where I could actually tell I was getting better. I am guessing adding some strength workouts is a partial contributor. Very happy and very grateful for my day yesterday in general.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
