Don't get discouraged. You're at not even a week yet, so your body may just need a bit of time to show you a loss. Every time you "do" Atkins, or probably any other WOE, it can be different and it's quite likely to be more difficult. You have a relatively small amount of weight to lose and I'm guessing you're already at a "normal" BMI. As a result, these pounds are likely to be a little stubborn. Hang in there....you're doing the right thing logging all your foods. You might consider dropping those Atkins bars/cups for now, even if you've done OK with them previously. The PB cups have a much higher total carb count than the entry you're using, even though the net carbs are correct. That particular product carries a very high load of sugar alcohols that can be problematic for sensitive individuals. Good luck.
