Hey, look, a drop. A very, very, slight drop. And it's still not back down to my low of 136.4. Sigh. Really, now, body, what is your problem? Perhaps I gained muscle, it's possible. I have been doing a lot of strength training lately. I don't really see any more definition though. Oh, that may be because of the layer of fat I still have over pretty much every area except my calves and forearms.. Hm. Okay, scratch that, I still have some fat there. And my measurements have not changed either. I do, at least, FEEL fitter. And I am not nearly as sore from running the other day as I was after running last week.
House-sitting for my sister tonight, watching her sweet little bull terrier pups. Apparently, after she informed the male dog (Tank) that "aunt Starla" will be watching them, he urinated on the guest bed comforter. Lol. At least now I know how he really feels. My sis has a treadmill, so I will try to get more running in. I like it. It hurts like hell and really wears me out. I think my body is too accustomed to using a bike and elliptical, so the running is really pushing myself. I was hoping that it would jolt my body into shedding the pounds, but apparently not.
