I have no idea how this happened. All I can think is I was retaining a LOT of water that I somehow got rid of. Not complaining, I'll take the weight loss most definitely but it surprised me to say the least.
262.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 97.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
