I sprained my knee a week ago and every little movement hurts! Even sitting at the computer. I was trying to do some upper body exercise, but it's amazing how connected things are; You know - Your back bone's connected to your... hip bone, your hip bone's connected to your... leg bone.... etc. Everything hurts!!! Oh, well, I'll take it day by day. I'm keeping up with the diet and water, so somthing's got to give!
