Good work out this morn 35 minutes on the treadmill 1hr weights. met with nurse lisa today. all good news. cholesterol level is perfect, sugar level and blood presure are perfect a little low on vitamin D. and B12. upped both dose. went for an evening walk/run. felt very good. 1 mile of walking the straightaways and jog/run the curves at the track. got my heart rate up pretty good.
