Dear Self,
Woohoo I lost 4 lbs!! I been eating 2000 calories, sometimes less, sometimes more but nevr more than 200 over. I feel good and along with my home exercise from magazines, i feel even better. Good start :) Ill be hott by summertime :) YAY!
