So approaching the end of Day 8 (first day of my second week). Feeling good so far. There was a macaroni cheese in the fridge about to expire, so I made that my main meal of the day, and stuck to the plan for everything else... Ok, the mini roll was going to be a yoghurt, but I had a chocolate pang and it was almost bang on for how much I needed to eat :D
Hopefully this week, my body gets out of starvation mode and starts burning fat away... My previous "one meal a day" lifestyle has killed my metabolism.
