So far I woke up this morning feeling good. I wasn't bloated like usual. This morning at 8:30 had greep peppers, onions, mushrooms, 5oz ground beef, 1oz cheddar cheese and olive oil for breakfast supper yummy Didn't eat until 11:30 for my snack which was an advantage coconut almond delight bar. Starting to feel a headache starting now. Will take some advil soon Will be having celery and a laughing cow wedge for lunch. Possibly the shake too
