Just compared calories burned as I've reported with what the Bodybugg shows for this month so far. What I've recorded on this site averages to 2354 calories burned per day. Bodybugg shows 2430 per day. Not too far off - 75 calories per day. I think it's interesting to note that my usual calorie deficit (on average) is about 1,000 calories - whether I eat 1250 calories per day or 1500 calories per day. I weigh about a pound and a half more than "the math" would show, but that's not off by much, considering the margin for error when recording food intake. And I still feel like I'm bloated in the tummy.
Too soon to tell if this supplement recommended by the compounding pharmacist is helping with hot flashes. I begin to think maybe it's helping, then I have a hot flash and get all pissy. I think I need to give it a couple of weeks to know - just getting anxious to have these stop. The hot flashes have been changing over the last few months, too. Before they were like slow "power surges" that would last a long time, but didn't involve a lot of sweat. Now they're more intense but shorter, I sweat and get anxious, bitchy and uncomfortable - irritable. My poor husband :)
I was a beast today when it came to working out :) I did cardio max 1 & 2, then did my new Crunch Total Resculpt and then did Power Sculpt 1 & 3. Wow, holy crap. That's about an hour and 45 min. But, all that and the burn is under 650 calories. I guess because most of the workout was sculpting, not cardio. Felt good and strong today. Kind of surprising since I drank so much wine last night!
