Started Atkins diet and seeing results. I have no energy. This will pass on to better things to come. Weight loss! So far I am down 10 lbs. I started at 213 the highest I have ever weighed. I have been active during the day working outside on my barn in the snow and cold. I have not been on the treadmill every day. I need to be on the treadmill every day for at least 30 min. I do get some what of a workout (minimal) feeding my horses and dogs 2 times a day. Hopefully we get some nice weather so I can start riding again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 January 2013:
