This is my first week. Lost 2.8 pounds this week. Ate carefully but unfortunately had no exercise. Sciatic is flaring. I bought tons of veggies and dried beans. Planned t make Whole Food toxic clean diet and bean soup and veggie soup but my back is keeping me out of kitchen. Hopefully can make it tomorrow. I am noticing on my pie chart that I am eating mostly carbs. Since my fruits and veggies show up as carbs I guess I will continue to be carb heavy.
