I tried to stop eating what was in front of me (mark-outs) and drinking those sugary drinks at Starbucks (where I work) and decided that sharing dinner is "in" again since I can't seem to finish a whole plate of anything anymore without feeling like a whale. Also, I splurged on nachos but it's all good since I didn't finish them :D And I bring gronola bars anywhere with me to keep my metabolism going.
