Did an 18 hour fast yesterday and I think I recovered from the salt of several restaurant meals over the holiday weekend. I did not workout as i was feeling really tired. My body actually misses working out, so I will make sure to get that in today.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
