I exercised for over an hour yesterday, I felt really good. But I cant seem to get my eating under control. Larry had cake and of course I had to eat half and then he literally spoon feeds me icecream. I have to stay away from sugar at night. I probably eat the cake and cake cream after 10PM I should have just said no.
