Was out again yesterday to a coffee shop and no gluten- free options on the menu. At least did not pick up weight. Way too little protein and too much fat consumed for the day!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
