Well I failed at my last attempt of dieting! But I have a new goal!!! I am sticking to it 100%! Today is my first day so we will see how it goes!!!! Instead of making up my own diet I am doing the Atkin's Diet plus exercising (walking the track) everyday after work! It's a new beginning for me a new lifestyle! I actually got up early and made breakfast this morning! I feel great today so we will see how I feel next Tuesday! Hopefully we will see some results!!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck!!!!!! If Atkins doesn't work for you, you should try LA Weightloss! They garentee 2 lbs a week (as long as you stay on the lites) And it has really worked for me. i lost a total of 40 lbs last summer and i got lazy and gained it back, but i am on my way to losing it again. 13 lbs in 3 weeks. Just a suggestion. I have never done Atkins, but i have heard that it is really great as well! GODD LUCK!

Well thanks I will definately keep that in mind! I did the whole Atkin's thing in High School and I lost about 20 lbs in a month! So I am pretty positive about attempting it this time!

LOL! That was 5 years ago and I am sure my metabolism is slowed down by now! I will let you know how it goes!
