Water plays a big part in weight loss, so I'm getting my water in...and right now I'm stuffed with it :) I barely had room for my midmorning snack, so I only ate the nectarine. I still have peanut butter crackers and I'm trying to tell myself that I don't have to eat them just because they are there. Practicing a little control here.

Funny thing...I woke up at 230 am hungry. Stomach growling and everything. Took awhile to go back to sleep. I wanted so much more than a cup of greek yogurt for breakfast, but I stayed strong. Makes me think, when I'm hungry do I really need to eat as much as I have been?

I'm looking foward to getting some fresh air in less than an hour. I've got mgr approval for a longer lunch break. I have a date tonight so I need a proper shower instead of my usual back to work bird bath.
